To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Branch for 2007/2008. |

To receive and adopt the Annual Statement of Accounts of the Branch ending 31st December 2007. |

To elect the office bearers of 2008/2009 and to appoint representatives and alternates to the MMA council. |
|
| |

To elect the PPSMMA and SCHOMOS representatives to the Wilayah Persekutuan Branch Committee. |

To appoint two internal auditors. |

To appoint delegates to the 48th Annual General Meeting of MMA to be held from 29-1 June 2008, at Damai Puri Resort and SPA, Teluk Penyuk, Santubong, Kuching, Sarawak. |
